We have made very conscious decisions about our indoor and outdoor environments. The space is essentially the stage for children's creativity and exploration, therefore we put much thought into our environmental choices. Here are just a few of the things you'll notice as you tour our space.

Eco-Healthy Practices. We are an Eco-Healthy Child Care setting. Here are just a few of the highlights of our daily practice:

Reusable (one-time use before laundering) cloth towels for children's hand-washing, in lieu of paper towels
Recycling plastics, glass, paper, and cardboard
The use of quality, solid wood furniture wherever possible, avoiding particleboard and VOCs
Low and no VOC paint used in the space
Zero pesticide use
Least-toxic cleaners, no aerosols
Stainless plates and cups, glass bowls for children's use
Limited use of plastics in cooking and food service
Non-toxic art supplies
